Horizon Export & Trading Inc. is the official exclusive distributor of Mother Hen products in the Middle Region. Mother hen is a Canadian manufacturer of organic and “homestyle” frozen baby foods, organic “European-style” sorbet and organic frozen fruits.

Certified organic by Écocert Canada, Mother Hen offers 40 different products Natural and Organic, for a balanced and varied diet. The company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are inspected by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and certified by the HACCP system.

With over 600 pharmacies and 400 supermarkets carrying Mother Hen products across Eastern Canada, Mother Hen has built a wide distribution network of top retail stores and pharmacies (only for Baby Food) in Canada. That has helped the company achieve over 42% market share in baby food segment in Quebec pharmacies.
